I believe that traditional medicine often masks symptoms without taking care of the underlying problem.  Chinese herbs cannot cure everything, but I think it is amazing for things like chronic headaches, stomach problems, and autoimmune disorders.  Has anyone else had positive experiences with Chinese herbs?  If you would never consider them, why not?

I haven't tried Chinese herbs, but I do believe that nature provides a variety of 'home remedies' for us. As with anything, not everything works for everyone. Finding the right solution for you is important-whether it's a natural remedy or requires a stronger over-the-counter remedy. I've been using a daily 'detox' made with a variety of 'natural' ingredients. I can honestly say, I've never felt better. I suffer from PMS every month and this 'detox' has help eliminate several of the symptoms that left me feeling sluggish and icky (for lack of a better word!). For my headaches though, I go straight for the tylenol!
